Weekend of June 22nd

We have a great weekend of events planned! First, we will be hosting our free WOD this Saturday at Lululemon in Cherry Creek at 8 am! All are welcome and we would love to have some of our members come out and join us. Second, we have our intra-gym competition right after the Lululemon WOD that will begin at 10 am at YSCF for all of our members. So, come out and cheer on the competitors and don't forget to bring some adult beverages! We hope to see everyone there for the Lululemon WOD and the Intra-gym competition on Saturday, June 22nd!

Happy Hour: Run 800 Meters + Spencer's Barbell Warmup

Pre-Party: 1 Rep Max Clean & Jerk (20 Minutes)

Party: EMOM for 5 Minutes complete 2 Full Snatch @ 70% of 1 RM for the day. Then, immediately following complete AMRAP of Full Snatch in 2 minutes at same weight.

Happy Hour: Line Drills

Pre-Party: Handstand Walks/Holds + Handstand Pushup Practice (10 Minutes)

Party: As a team of 2 or 3 complete for time...

2,000 Meter row (2 person team) or 3,000 Meter Row (3 person team) in 250 meter increments. Once one team member completes 250 meters he/she must immediately complete 10 (L1) or 20 (L2) pushups while other team member jumps on the rower. 250 Meter rows should be all out effort.
